2004 Vauxhall Signum car wont start all lights except engine man light !

i turn on my ignition all lights show apart from the engine symbol ?????? off and on several times and finally its comes on and turns over ????? is this just a relay prob or more serious ?

If you meen it doesnt turn over without the management light on i would suggest it could be the immobolizer at fault
