2003 Vauxhall Signum keeps loosing all power when at low speed and gear

Car: Vauxhall Signum
Year: 2003
Variant: 2.0 disel
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Strange one this happens maybe every other trip car suddenly looses all revs at low speed i.e when turning into a side road or when turning around. Engine just keeps going just but loose all throttle, then after it's turned off a while all is well again. Happens from start and when on a run....any ideas

check all the vacuum pipes going to the throttle flap, wastegate and swirl flaps are all ok and securely fitted.check the wiring connector to the throttle flap, also check that the inlet manifold, egr valve and swirl flaps are not carboned up,this is common fault on these engines.if so then remove and clean thoroughly,do you have any warning lights on when fault happens,if so what fault codes are stored?
