2004 Vauxhall Signum white smoke when hot - cylinder head gasket

Car: Vauxhall Signum
Year: 2004
Variant: 2.0 turbo (petrol)
Categories: Engine & Drivetrain
CAR IS FINE WHEN I START UP AND WILL HAPPILY GO UP THE MOTORWAY BUT AS SOON AS I HIT TRAFFIC WATER TEMP INCREASES AND WHITE SMOKE COMES FROM EXHUST. I THEREFORE THINK IT IS A BLOW CYLINDER HEAD GASKET OR MAYBE WORSE AND A CRACK!

ANYWAY HAVING NOT WORKED ON THESE CARS BEFORE WOULD APPRECIATE SOME ADVICE OF CHANING THE GASKET. CAN FIND A HAYNES MANUAL ANYWHERE.
