I had same prob last year. Found split in exhaust flexy. Replaced this wi new joint off e bay,£10. This sloved the problem. Just had mine re mapped and same fault has occured again coming up from Wales so checking exhaust again 2moro. Thera are 2 sensors behind flexy joint that checks preasure at partical filtre/cat. Hope this helps.

Just had mine diognostic checked and over pressure problem in the diesel partical filtre in the exhaust has come up.Taking it off 2moro and bypassing it with engineered piece I'm making.If this works,thumbs up,if not you can power wash these out a few times and are supposed to be good up to 180,000 miles.Looks like any fault that occurs puts this evil light on then into safe mode!!!

hi if someone can help iv got a signum 1.9cdti on a 54 plate it takes a while tostartand wen it des a lot of smoke comes out for about 5 secons then fine wen u drive it it seems a litle slugish untill u ge to 2000 revs but anything before then it juders a little plus en u drive it for about 20-30 mins it starts smoking a bluey white smoke and smells for about 10 seconds this happens for then its ok again iv just gave it a service but stil happens thanx
