2006 Vauxhall Signum on board computer fault

The on board computer, sat nav, stereo, and mpg etc, has limited use after a few days! When i remove the battery leads and replace them back it all works fine again? but after a few days the computer only shows the mpg & fuel range?????? it doesnt show the radio stations although the radio works and it doesnt show the sat nav! Please can someone help?

Try removing the screen and cleaning the contacts on the electrical plug at the rear of the screen...
