2006 Vauxhall Signum starting issues

car wont start as it used to.
When i try and start up all lights come on in dash as they should but just turns over and over but wont start.
When it does start there is no power from accellarator just a pulsing kind of feeling.
Wont rev up in other words.
Any help would be much appreciated.
