2006 Vauxhall Signum maf sensor

Car: Vauxhall Signum
Year: 2006
Variant: 2.8 Turbo
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
hello

have a signum 2.8 turbo elite which has recently been remapped
having some problems with the car overboosting and going into limp mode and the auto gearbox going into emergency mode
guy who mapped it has been out about 3 times now to clear fault codes and redo it ( but it still happens )

he has said it could be the MAF sensor which is faulty !

car went to VX this morning for tech 2 check and they said they could not check it properly due to the remap ??

has anybody got a signum 2.8 turbo that they can check there MAF sensor because mine looks different .

as VX are saying it should have a resistor and wire in it ,mine does not ( dont know if mine has come off )
the pic shows the Maf sensor with wires attached .mine just has the connectors ,no wires or resistor ..
