1996 Vauxhall Omega heated seats not working & car heater and the rear blind

Just recently purchased vehicle. when we pressed switches for heated front seats we heard a (clicking sound) and lights on the switches went off. now relised car heater does'nt operate neither the rear blind is this problem fuse related ?

It could be a problem with either the fuse or i would say the relay as you heard a clicking sound first. Can you locate the fuse/relay box?

check fuse number 20 under the dash
