Car stalls when slowing down intermittingly

1999 Vauxhall Omega
Car: Vauxhall Omega
Year: 1999
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
omega 2.0 automatic.
stalls when slowing down this happens maybe four or five times in a day then maybe not for a few days.
I have had the carburetta completely overhauled (cleaned de coked etc)put new filters in, renewed all of the hoses from rocker cover box to carb and air flow pipe, new MAF, new Idle control air valve, but still it happens.
My idle revs are about 600 in auto gear and 800 in neutral, i thought this a bit low.
I have not faulted an electrical problem yet so Any solutions.

If that car has a carburettor why dont you just increase idle speed ?
