My car cut out when driving with no warning and will only restart when it has cooled down.

I had this problem few years back with a vauxhall Belmontto . Same thing. It was the ECU. Although Normally with the Omega any fault like this normally activates Engine management Light. Hope this isn't the fault as could be very costly. Best get a diagnostics check first. And as most companies charge alot for this If you are a member of a breakdown company, call them out as a breakdown and they normally have some diagnostics equipment with them.
