2000 Vauxhall Omega central locking will not disengage

Car: Vauxhall Omega
Year: 2000
Variant: 2.5TD Estate
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
The central locking and deadlocks were set using the electronic key fob. Now the locks will not disengage and will not open with the key alone. The fob has a new battery and the fuses are fine. The indicators flash once when I press the fob but nothing disengages.
