Hi, there is a steady flow of water coming from the front lower end of the engine, there is no water-oil mix signs but it has been kicking out white smoke, any ideas would be a great help.. thanks, previous owner tells me it used to overheat but sorted it.... im not so sure!! lol

You will have to see where water leak is coming from and rectify .If it has been used with this leaking and overheating , may well have done in head gasket . It all depends where gasket goes whether you get it mixing with oil or not .Get a sniff test ( block test ) and it will confirm if head gasket knackered or not .
