Earth fault

had a new cylinder head fitted picked it up from garage broke down no fuel coming up and windows wouldnt close waited 10 mins started all ok brought car back to garage they renewd most earth contacts all working ok but same problem ecu not showing any faults renewed earth contact under seats but still cuts out all help appreciated

Can not understand why the garage would replace earth wires after fitting a new cylinder head. It is obviously something else.

When it breaks down can you hear fuel pump ? Could be faulty / sticking .

Forgot to add , check fuel pump relay .
