how do i get the bolt out behind the bottem pully and if i have to take bottom pully off how is this done without the pully turningas well and is it clockwise or anty clockwise please help

Cant remember set up of that year / engine but on some of the water pumps there was a couple of flats on pulley you could hold to loosen nut .Nothing on nose of pump shaft for holding with a allen key in centre ?
