1999 Vauxhall Frontera problems starting

had a new fuel pump 18 month ago, always problems starting in cold weather recently had new heater plugs,new battery and starter motor recent service and filters etc still problems starting its done 77k with fsh in good nick but under the bonnet just crap any ideas folks its costing a fortune

disconnect fuel spill pipes and make sure the fuel is not contaminated with oily residue which would point to injector seals leaking.also check your pump is timed up correctly and that you are getting fuel through to injectors and have good compression,
