Car will not start .put new glow plugs in today

car was running but i came back to start it and it just turns over i have just put some new glow plugs in today and still will not start some one said its your fuel pump but it is still working havet got a clue

Check leak off pipes on injectors have you checked you have fuel at injectors if not could be fuel pump i heck that the eng management light not flashing if so chip could of come out of key
