1998 Vauxhall Frontera frontera loss of power

My frontera has started to run vey sluggishly, and seems to have half the power it should, Ive only had car for a couple of months and put it in for full service last week to see if that would help, unfotunately it hasn't just wondering if anyone has any idea of what could be wrong???trying to avoid big garage bills!!!

Could be coil pack . Cant understand how any garage would do a full service and give car back without commenting / advising on engine lack of power .They should have checked and told you what was needed and quoted a price for neccessary repairs .
