1995 Vauxhall Frontera wont rev high lack of power

came to start it one night would not start, managed to start it next day by bleeding diesel and cleaning oil from around heat plugs. From that day will not rev above 2500 and has no power. Have changed fuel filter.

had exactly same problem, replaced air flow/temperature sensor on air intake (from memory right next to air box), perfect after that
