Vauxhall Frontera fuse 15 keeps blowing in side of dash by door pillar

fuse 15. KL15 written on fuse cover. !5 amp. I have a feeling its a 4x4 fault. its tell tail signs of it blown is that the wiper pause packs up. HELP PLEASE
