1999 Vauxhall Frontera engine management light

The engine light comes on when the car is stopped or at high speeds IE over 60 or more than 3000 rpm. I have changed the EGR valve on request of the garage computer but still no fix. The garage computer tells me nothing is wrong but the problem still persist. Any ideas please help if not I fear scraping the car my only option.

Should show a code if light triggered .

It has a code. it is saying low boost pressure should I increase the boost on the turbo if so how can I do that?
