Hi guys I've hopefully put up a link to a YouTube video of how my engine is running, when running above 2000rpm the engine drops power every 5-10 seconds it's even worse when on the motorway she starts coughing and spluttering.
I've cleaned out the maf and map sensor checked all vacuum pipes and other pipes, checked the turbo for leaks and still nothing! I would really appreciate some help and advise on this please guys I'm beginning to think its time to throw in the towel.
Cheers guys.

It does seem to sputter on your vid have you replaced the fuel filter, also any codes logged,is the waste gate rod onto turbo free it,s not sticking at a point, just some ideas do not give up ,keep at it .there is no try!,-)

also the only fault code that comes up is ''turbo overboost'' but this will only come up very rarely whilt driving on motorway.

That code means the ECM is seeing an over boost condition with the turbo system, check the rod is free, check your boost control valve is working ,check there are no blockages,it could also be caused by the turbo itself.wonder if this is the case and it,s shutting off to protect from damage ,first thing to do would be connect a boost gauge and drive the vehicle to see if boost pressure is excessive.

ok thanks will have a look and see if i can see any thing, the turbo still boosts up really well, and the engine runs like a dream when accelarating or when i come of the throttle, its just at constant speeds usually above 2000rpm or it can be heard slightly at idle.
