1999 Vauxhall Frontera engine management light comes on

engine management light comes on when stationary, idling, and low acceleration and towing doesn't effect it. When steering on full turn engine whistles or squeals also when engine is stationary you can hear a slight whistle to same one any ideas. It hasn't had a service but the oil has been replaced and i am going to clean the engine too.

A fault code will be stored in your engine management every time the light comes on, lots of things can cause this to come on, sounds like idle speed or blocked breather pipe but would take to a local garage and plug it in to code finder, Squealing could be power steering
