Car searching in tick over and sticking on high revs sometimes, lurching at low speeds

just replaced plugs, leads, distibutor cap, rotor arm, and its still lurching when pulling away. it also is searching in tick over and has started to stick on high revs sometimes when stopped at lights etc. HELP

clean trottle body also check that air filter is clean i.e not blocked up
