oil light comes on at idle when warm while driving its fine . oil level correct and correct oil grade too. have changed oil press switch but still same

Might be worth changing oil and filter and see if it helps . But could be engine wear causing low oil pressure .Only way to test is with oil pressure gauge to see what oil pressure is .
