Boot will not open and central locking plays up when i open drivers side window

my window when open fails the locking and i can get stuck in car. green flag told me there is a rubber bit in the window that as gone or worn away. i do not open my windown now but now i can not use the boot ether any ideas how to fix the problem in one will the window put it all right if i get it fixed. and a new lock on the boot or a ole new central locking system and window repair?

poss electrical problem inside drivers door strip inside and check wireing loomb near to window this might fix boot but prob 2 faults
