1993 Vauxhall Cavalier car wont idle after it is hot

the car , it starts from cold first time with out having to touch the accelerator, it runs so sweet , it idles perfectly around 800rpm BUT, if i have driven the car for more than 15 mins and the engine is very warm and i turn off engine and go into shop and come out, it will start but die straight away,i have to start it when its hot and rev the car for 30 secs at around 3-4000rpm just to make sure it dont cut out, then its fine. any ideas please many thanks

I had same problem with vauxhall. After a month gas kit and cam belt gone.
