2013 Vauxhall Antara dash warning lights

I have three lights on the dash the car and spanner the engine management with down arrow and another engine management light!!Been in limp mode for weeks No one knows why! Had new injectors new ecu still they are baffled?

Have you had the car scanned with suitable equipment and retrieved the stored fault codes which tripped the EML ?

Yes it has been scanned numerous times by 3 different garages. The codes say injectors even after new injectors have been fitted. The ecu has been changed the faults cleared and then came back!
