Looked at 30 fuse ok Car is running got lights , no indicators, no Rev counter , or speedo ?

Try a battery reset ,disconnect it for 10 mins then reinstall-connect ,as maybe module has gone into sleep mode and just requires re-boot

Sounds like a short on the tracks behind the instrument panel.
