2004 Vauxhall Agila water in rear footwell

Following a clutch replacement my corsa now has water in the rear footwell behind driver's seat. On driving through rain for approximately 4 miles his was approximately 1-2 inches deep. No where else is wet. Does anyone have any ideas on where this is coming from.

Have a look underneath the rear foot well, see if there are any blanking grommets missing.
