2002 Vauxhall Agila radiator constantly on and loss of power in every gear

standard 2.2 losing power + acceleration is really slow and juddery when driving and the radiator fans making a wirling sound constently all the time.. any advice much appreciated..

If rad fans on all time , first thing I would check is coolant level and any signs of overheating .
