2002 Vauxhall Agila turn the key and it sounds like a machine gun.

It will not turn over at all and makes a BRRRRRR sound as though its not catching somewhere at ignition. Maybe the starter.

Does that when battery flat . But if not that , check battery terminals , bad earth or wiring at starter
