Hi reves .sticking

Hello my wifes yaris auto still has high reves when slowing down .very slow to drop .any ideas please" have a couple of ideas myself but any suggestions would be great thanks

Idle air control valve and throttle body needing cleaned ? No vac leaks ? This might help ,
