2002 Toyota Yaris power steering stiff

Car: Toyota Yaris
Year: 2002
Variant: 1.0 litre manual (French Build)
Categories: Leaks & Noises
The power steering doesn't return to the centre
when driving slowly and appears a little stiff
There are no strange noises and no obvious
fluid leak although I can't see where to check
the steering fluid.

I am not 100 % sure but i think your vehicle has electric power steering especially if you cannot find a reservoir to top up,the power steering if electric relys on signals from the vehicle speed sensor and torque sensor on column which determines the amount of assisting power to the steering, you may have to get the vehicle put on a scan tool to check this out. Also are your tyre pressures o.k
