2012 Toyota Yaris front frogs lights

hello we have a 2012 yaris and I cant get the front fogs to work and have posted this problem before'found out by Toyota the car had a new front bumper with fog lights but the old bumper didn't have them 'there all wired up but no power gets to them ;the back works the switch is only for the back but the yaris that does have front fogs as an all in one switch it works both 'so might have to change the stalk switch'if I take a live feed from the rear fog and connect it to the front fogs at the bulb connection is it safe to do so and can it be done ? thanks ''tony
