Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
I would still test bulbs first .Checked with headlights on?
I would make sure they are connected and that there isn't a separate switch for the frt foglamps
Owner seems to be aware of the switch on the stalk going by his post ?
he has an American spec car then?
Same switch .
Not if an accessory fit.
Cant understand your nit picking .He said in original post that is the switch on the stalk , so is O.E . Just an aside , my cousin has lived in a nice part of Suffolk , Stowmarket for many years ,near you ?
Not nit picking whitinghame....have come across same issue a couple of times and a separate switch has been fitted that's all and the stalk switch was for the rear fog lamps but the customer didn't realise.
Am a few miles away from your cousin....about 40 I think
still not fixed 'only one switch on the stalk no other switch'they should all come on but only the back is coming on'theres no power getting to the front bulbs'fuse fine all wiring fine no breaks 'fuse box perfect 'earthed 'bulbs ok 'tried everything don't understand 'could or is it possible the relay is working the back but not the front'' worked on cars for over 50 years now but know more about pre 1970 cars like the back of my hand but not theses modern cars 'thanks we all have idea's but some are right some are wrong and we all have opinions and its very hard with not having the car in front of you'so no one is right or wrong really its ''have you tried this or have you tried that'sometimes its spot on sometimes not 'its advice'so no one can really contradict some other persons advice because your only going of the persons post which could rubbish lol or not explaining properly 'thanks tony'' ps love this sight we can all learn as we go
