My toyota yaris 2004 blows cold air out the vents even when I put it on for hot air still blows cold air anybody got any ideas

Check the pipes going into your matrix are both hot ,If so it,s more likely to be the hot air/cold air flap that,s not working due to either a cable off or damper motor faulty.
