When I turn the car on the sound of the car has change and even if I have not turn the heater on there is still warm temperature coming out as if I have turn the heater on.

check water level as when low rpm can rise due to sensor above water level also heater can be affected.as the duck says more info reqd .

All Yaris's have the heater problem. Its nothing thats broken, simply the air still gets through even when its turned off.
For the engine sound, when the car is cold, it revs higher to heat it up.
