2011 Toyota Verso vibration/rattle

Traveled 120 miles on the motorway with myself and one other passenger and a perfect drive. The next day traveling locally around the town car has a rattle/vibration coming from the front lower end but depending on the road surface worst on a rough surface, especially on a roundabout. It also seems worst with a load of three or four adults. I must again state if the road surface is good the car runs perfectly loaded or with just me driving the car, the rougher the surface seems to be the worst.
