2016 Toyota Proace loud noise, traced to grill below windscreen wipers that will not clip into fixings properly. no warning lights.

Noise kicks in from 35mph +, gets really loud at 45 to 49mph tails off at 60-70mph. No warning lights at all. Only thing loose under bonnet is grill below windscreen that has clips across, these appear to all be loose and will not clip back in. Don't know what this grill is called so can't find any info about online.....

Probably the windscreen bulkhead scuttle panel cover but if you call into a Toyota parts dept they will be able to identify exactly what it's called
