1993 Toyota Lucida dash warning lights

Hello O have a 1993 lucida 2.2 turbo .my car suddenly developed a fault. start the car " starts fine but all the warning lights are on and a loud bussing alarm .same sound if you don't start the car after the glow plug goes out.rev the car a little all lights and sound goes off.let it idle and all the dash lights come on and the alarm again . anyone any ideas please .

Check all fuses and see if any sticking relays but it could be the instrument cluster , similar to this .
