My Toyota dash board and LCD screen stereo system is very brightly lit.

Is there a dimmer that i can install to reduce the brightness?

And how will the wiring be?

Are you sure there is not a dimmer switch function already in car ?Some have it fitted , see here ,

Double checked can't find it anywhere within the cabin.

How do i install this dimmer any wiring diagram would be a great help

This , on E-bay shows you the switch , but may be only fitted to export cars .

Not sure if you sorted this, but if you havent, turn the lights on the operate you dash clock buttons ? should show a line of '----' , the longer uou hold the button down these should alter and the dash brightness dims, thats if your motor has this option.
