Hi

How many miles has it covered, smoke out of the exhaust means one of 3 things the engine is burning coolant , oil or excess fuel, coolant/water is normally white smoke , oil has a blue tinge and fuel
has a strong smell and may even have your eyes watering if you stand behind the car.

you need to decide which it is before looking for a solution.

Sounds like you are burning coolant, do you top it up regularly. Could be a faulty head gasket or a crack in cylinder head or engine block allowing coolant into the combustion chamber. Go to your local garage and they can pressure test the system to see, it may only be when it reaches temperature.
