2014 Toyota Aygo bluetooth keeps cutting out

All of a sudden this week my bluetooth keeps cutting out. I know it is the bluetooth because when I use the radio it plays without a problem. I have tried removing my device several times and have done a soft reboot of the car device. I have also updated my phone to the latest ios version as I read somewhere that that could be an issue too. However, despite doing all of the above, it still keeps cutting out.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you rectify it? I am using Spotify and Waze regularly on my car device.

Was going to suggest checking with a dealership if any software updates for your car to resolve the fault , but with that year / age and the fact it was working o.k , probably unlikely .

Hi. Thanks for your reply. It’s definitely worth asking and I will, but weirdly the Bluetooth doesn’t cut out on a telephone call. I’m completely baffled!
