2001 Suzuki Vitara cuts out

engine cuts out when cold. restarts ok.this happens 3to4 times then ok.then ocasionally cuts out when driving.no fault codes logged.

idle air control valve located under inlet hose 2 cross head screws (care very tight dont damage head)remove clean with inlet/carb cleaner spray around throttle butterfly all around ports. rebuild start engine will take idle 60 secs to stabilise
