Check oil level , if not that , scan it for fault codes . Assuming it is an automatic due to lack of info in post .

Sorry it’s manual … it used to have rear gear issue not engaging properly but after changing to other gears it fell in place .. but now i feel it very loose suddenly and not sure which gears are engaged and I don’t th in k 1st is engaging now at all …

Usually caused by gear shift cables / linkage .
