2006 Suzuki Swift loud and vibration when started from cold

When started from cold the Car is very noisy inside and feel's as if something is vibrating lightly. Go and stand at the front of the Car and it sounds fine. When the auto choke goes off it is much better but still somewhat loud in the car.
Any idea's?

Exhaust leak , exhaust manifold leak , exhaust heat shield ?
