1999 Suzuki Swift jumping/not enough power

My car still jumps and juddes when i reach about 65 to 70 mph. I had to slow back down to 30 at one piont on the dual carriege way to stop it from Juddin so much. The car doesnt have as much power in as it did before. Am bot sure whats wrong but it use to travel for no problem, now i dont wanna risk taking it on the motorway. There is no leakage, the cars not burning anything, it seems fine, but just abit powerless. The spark plugs were changed 2years ago, i dont think the leads have ever been changed. I dont know if its that or not. PLEASE HELP!!!!

i would suggest changing your leads as it sounds like they are breaking down if you dont know when they were changed last it wont hurt would also check the condition of your spark plugs to see if they are sooted up and check the gap is set right if they look bad change them aswell

Yes, iv ordered new plugs n leads, just waiting for them to come through. But iv now noticed a whiney niose in the bonet, not sure what it is. Thanks :)

You seem to have admitted your own problem, cars need looking after aswell.
