2003 Suzuki Jimny stering shaking, feels like wheels are gonna fall off

ive gone through 2 tyres on each front wheels they keep wearing thin on either in side or the out side had tracking done bout 8 times had wheels rebalanced, tracking more new matching tyres,new disks pads, had wheel barrings checked ive had countless people look at it sum did say break callipers were getting stuck they sorted that made it bit better but not perfect and slow went back to as bad as before. suffering with neck and back from how much the steering shakes and car wobbles. only done 40,000 if that
