1999 Suzuki Jimny starts up and runs perfect but when used for a while and turned off will not start back up?

It recently came a problem after I ran it low on fuel but when I start it up from cold it runs fine but after use and when it’s warm and I’ve turned the engine off it won’t fire back up?thank for any information.

Try replacing the engine crank sensor , often fails when hot . If it has an external fuel filter , change also .
