If you are talking about the instrument cluster head unit . didn't know you had to mate it

no it's the infotainment system, I had one fail on me before and after getting a used one had to get a main dealer to mate it to my car to get it to switch on

Probably have to reprogram a used / new unit once again with correct software or via dealership .
